This service is supported by the HSE and facilitated by CARP staff.

Carp offer a free of charge needle exchange service, providing clean injecting and smoking equipment. We also support anyone who wishes to reduce their use and or seeks advice in relation to unsafe use. Harm reduction can be described as a set of practical approaches aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with drug use.

 Monday – Tuesday 9am – 1pm & 2pm – 4:30pm

Wednesday 9am 1pm & 2pm – 5:45pm 

Thursday – Friday 9am – 1pm & 2pm – 4:30pm
